A Grade II listed building in Marylebone Station that sat unoccupied for 30 years has been converted into 1,400m2 of managed workspace.

Metropolitan Workshop’s conversion of Great Central House in London seeks to preserve its heritage as a railway building with upholstered 'carriages' in the corridors offering break out space and privacy for telephone conversations.

The five-floor high red brick development for The Office Group includes new workspace in a previously unoccupied area under the building’s rafters.

Marylebone Station and Great Central House were built in 1899 providing the London terminus to the Great Central Railway.
