Inside Parliament - guide Report of sessions run in Yorkshire & Humber by Parliamentary Outreach This report summarises the information presented in a series of six sessions run by Parliamentary Outreach in rural locations across Yorkshire and the Humber in November-December 2011. The aim of these sessions was to explain how groups and individuals can engage with the Parliamentary process for the benefit of their communities. This report is not intended as a comprehensive guide to how Parliament works. The sessions were delivered in partnership with the Yorkshire & Humber Rural Network (made up of Involve Yorkshire & Humber, Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council and Rural Action Yorkshire) and the sub-regional rural networks, North Yorkshire Rural Voice, RISS West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire Rural Network and Rural Partnership Plus (East Riding, North and North East Lincolnshire). |
