Generate SY and SEYH prsent the first ever Social Enterprise 2 Social Enterprise Business Club in South Yorkshire. The Business Club is SEYHs new networking offer which maximises the opportunity for social enterprises to trade and collaborate.

The event will start with a light buffet lunch followed by the business club

The event format will be:

1. Welcome – The host will explain the purpose of the event and highlight the 10 tips for social enterprise networking and the purpose of the 3 goods or services on the namebadges.
2. Pre-prepared elevator pitches –  2 or 3 attendees will do 60 second elevator pitches to kick off proceedings. Then each person will contribute 1 thing they need and 1 thing they’ve got to offer either to sell or a potential partnership.
3. Networking –  Participants will find 1 person who either was offering something they needed or needed something they offered. After 5 Minutes – participants will finish and speak to somebody else. The aim is a minimum of 6 conversations.
4. Post up deals/partnerships – Any potential deals of partnerships will be posted on the walls and a business card exchange facility will be highlighted.
5. Formally close the event – Alex  Sobel from SEYH will explain how the SE2SE Business Club will operate going forward and announce when and where the next event is and any other relevant information such as speakers, changes in format etc.
